how to hard-reset eten g500 + ? help please!

Hi,

does anyone know how to hard-reset eten g500+ ?? tried it lieke it is said in the manual (on/of button and reset), but this doesn't work at all, the device just performs a normal reset...

however, I installed some progs via activesync, now when I try to start I get the normal start screen, then blue screen with windows mobile and then ... nothing moves on...activesync doesn't connect, too

please help

now, somehow I managed to get a black sceen showing:

USB Downloader 0013j

Flash Capacity=256MB

USB Downloader Ready.

SD Card In

Find SDMMC Card.

SDMMC Load Fail

USB host is not connected yet.

[then I plugged in USB]

USB host is connected.

Waiting a download.

...and nothing happens...activesync doesn't find the device...

reinstalled activesync...nothing

someone got an advice? please help!
