Ive decided to use Resco Photo viewer which supports viewing of tiff images.

Resco works, but it's painfully slow. Try PQV 4.0 and I'm sure you'll like it:

i suggest you install an  tiff image viewer on your M600, and use it to view tiff document directly.

Thanks for your sharing.I'd like to add one of the tiff image viewer which supports to do that direclty.But do you have any free trial for new users?
