Shortcuts on Today Screen?

Hi,

I regulary forward my calls from my phone to my car phone and I was wondering if there was a way of creating a shortcut on the Today screen (or one of the byttons) to allow me to toggle call forwarding on and off without needing to go through the phone menu?

Any help would be appreciated.
