C550 & o2 Active

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me.

I've put an o2 Sim into my SPV C550.

Using the settings from this site I can access wap e.g the BBC PDA pages etc.

However if I try to access http://wap.o2.co.uk or wsp://wap.o2.co.uk I get an alert and the following message, "This file cannot be viewed on the device." Does this mean that the o2 Active site is not compatible with the C550 or am I missing something?
