activesync - contacts

Hi all.

I got a new m3100 and have it synced up with my pc.

I was wondering if i've missed a setting or something, because the only contacts that sync with outlook are those with email addresses. Is there a way of saving all of my contacts off in case of disaster, and whether outlook will sync contacts without email addresses?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

normaly, all contacts sync with outlook. maybe you've got a filter on outlook view, or asked activeSync to sync only a category of contact (check in activesync : tool / options / contact > parameters) ?

Ok went to Activesync:tool:contact - but there is no parameters option, i can't even get into a settings option for it?

stuck in this way.... and for outlook view (filters) ?

in last way, you could delete / re create partnership between pc & m3100
