What application does Call History belong to?

I somehow do not have my Call History.lnk file in my Windows directory any longer, ever since I was forced to do a hard reset. Well, I spent a lot of time getting the phone back to the way I had customized it so I don't want to do another hard reset. What are the properties of the Call History.lnk file? I can make my own .lnk file, but I don't know to what program I should point! Help!

1. Copy paste to Notepad

2. Save code as 'Call history.lnk' (not txt)

3. Transfer to phone Start Menu folder
