Tmobile SDA had like no service today...

I didnt change a thing, just woke up and I had like 1 bar only. I'm running this phone with ATT service, but never had any problems with it until today. Any ideas? Do I need to update the software on this phone ect? thanX

i hav a t mobile sda and its done that for me before. all i did was restart the phone or go to the comm manager and turn off and on the phone and it worked fine.
