LAN setting on a ppc

Hello,

Having played around with my vaio for a bit i have been trying to connect it to the LAN here at work (im the sysadmin so dont worry) but i cant get it to work. On the network cards config screen i tried putting the setting but if i use dhcp the ip address window says its not connected (when i plug in usb cable).

Im stuck, all i want to do is browse the network via wifi etc...

have you got a network-able explorer? You would need one that allows you to log in to the domain.
