Guest Dr Who Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 Anyone else notice this? I hardly every sync my phone but nearly every time I go into running programs to stop a program activesync appears in the list of running apps even when I know I haven't used it. Like today for instance, and the phone was turned off last night.

Guest randomelements Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 If you have direct push then the heartbeat with cause ActiveSync to be open.

I've noticed the same thing and don't have push email either. I'm trying to hunt down these background apps at the moment, as something is causing the stuttering in my A2DP and I'm not sure what. (Won't get into that discussion here though)
