orange m2000 cannot find bluetooth partners

:D hi everyone,please excuse the newbie.Can anyone help,my pocket pc will no longer pair with other devices using bluetooth.I have hard reset the device which as not worked,wondered if it was an hardware or software problem,would it help if i reloaded the windows mobile2003 SE VERSION 4.21.1088 (BUILD15045.2.6.0) OR BIN THE DEVICE. :D

Reflashing a device can resolve issues but in order for us to give you better advice you need to tell us what exactly is wrong and what's happening when you try to pair the device.

Oh, and the SPV M2000 (HTC Blue Angel) sure isn't a Smartphone (aside from being a Pocket PC Phone it's huge!) so...

:D the pocket pc will not pair or find any devise through the bluetooth manager,it was perfectly working last week but know i am bluetoothless :D checked my bluetooth devises and they ok
