Guest gohome190 Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 Okay, so I've had my 2125 for a while now. 1. Can I put .mp3's on my phone without ActiveSync automatically converting them? 2. Does anyone else have the annoying problem that WMP on the phone plays the songs with VERY crappy quality? (I tried TCPMP, same crappy quality) 3. Can I connect to a comp wihtout activeSync (Effectively making my phone a usb drive?) 4. Anyone else have the problem that photos save in individual folders on your mem stick? Thanks in advance!!

Hi 1 and 3: look for WM5Storage. an utility wich convert phone as standard usb drive 2: what quality of mp3 (bitrate ?) 4: folders are named with date of photo ? it's well known. look at http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=230586
Guest svtmook Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 (edited) does active sync convert them when you just explore, copy>paste them to a directory on your device? i've never tried that, i just use wma's since, imo, wma's sound so much better than mp3's and even without w5torage, when i plug my phone in, and i go to my computer, it recognizes my 2125 as a drive. Guest gohome190 Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 Well I have found one problem: My headphones are the culprit with crappy quality sound. When I pulled them out, the sound was great. (I'm using a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter) So, does anyone know where to get good cheap 2.5 headphones?
