GPS/ Phone mast locater software

I remember some software quite a while ago which allowed you to upload your location to a website - it used your phone mast id to figure it out.

I cant remember for the live of me what it is called, but I would like something which would upload where I am based on phone mast - or gps if I have my external unit turned on.

Can anyone recomend anything?
