Guest Mancom Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 Hello. Is there a way to downgrade a rom to older version ? When trying normal flashing phone stucks in bootloader mode. I was trying also to perform a emergency spl flash in TyphoonNBFTools but finished with "Failure before SPL flash (Unknown bootloader SHA1 signature (NOT FLASHED))" So, I think, that orange bootloader is somehow signed and disallow to flash any other. Now I got SuperCID, will now flashing allow to downgrade to older version ? Please help!! Thanks. Mancom.
Guest BrAGoL Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 now that you have a SuperCID, not only downgrading the rom... but also using rom from a different brand/telco...

Guest Mancom Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 How did you manage to get a SuperCID on this version ROM - 2.0.14.0? you need to fully decert the rom, that's only way.
Guest silfox2000 Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 (edited) you need to fully decert the rom, that's only way. I can`t receive a "Security aplication" from Orange because I don`t have an Orange SIM. Edited September 24, 2006 by silfox2000
