Installing Qtek 9000 rom on O2 XDA Exec - Problems

Hi guys, need some help with the o2 exec i recently got. Sorry if these questions have been asked before...i cant seem to find the answer :D

I have downloaded the Qtek 9000 rom from expansys and tried to install it and it came up with an error message saying its not compatible with my device and something to do with country code. How do i go about changing the rom to the qtek one?
