screensavers on smartphones

well its obious now that theres no screensavers built in on smartphones. but is there a program for something so u can select a gif file or something as a screensaver?

There is an application Pocket Candy that you can use but it does drain the battery, there was even a one matrix screen saver that drained the battery faster than the phone could charge.

thanks but the link thre appears to be broken. or maybe bandwidth exceeded? idk but its not workin now. could u upload it here or know of a different place where it is? i searched for it but couldnt find it
