Sprite Backup nuked Activesync!

When I installed Sprite Backup, when the device restarted to make the backup activesync just hung on connecting for ever and sprite just sat there. So I unplugged the USB and when I tried reconnecting I got the "unknown device" error on the PC. Went into device manager and deleted the unknown device then unplugged the phone and reconnected and activesync sprung back into life. Ran sprite from the phone and all went well, so it only caused the problem on the initial install. Just though I would post in case it happens to someone else.

Sprite Backup works perfect on my device. Have you intall update your Active Sync to version 4.2?

It seems Active sync does not work stable. Sometime you may need to close it and run it again to make work. If the connection hangs when you run a backup from PC , you may need to check your firewall settings. or you can ask Sprite for support. :)
