Text message alerts on wizard stopped working

Hi all,

My text message notifications have stopped working altogether, when I receive a new message I get no sound, vibrate, icon at the top of the screen or message box at the bottom of the screen. This means I have to keep manually checking to see if I have a new text. Everything's fine when I get a picture message though

I have tried switching the notifications off and then back on again and switching the phone to silent and back again. sometimes switching the phone off in between, sometimes not. nothing seems to fix it...

I haven't installed any new programs or changed any settings, its just decided it doesn't want to work!

It's starting to seem like I'm looking at a hard reset here, unless someone can think of something...?

My Wizard has just started doing this. Did you manage to fix the problem?

No solution but a guess as to the cause.....A2DP hack ?

I'm not sure what the position is with regard to your devices but the Magician is prone to getting stuck in silent mode after coming out of Bluetooth audio profile.
