8310 C600 memory support

Can anyone give me a definative answer as to whether the Qtek 8310 is able to support a 4Gb mini SD card. The reson I ask is that I read this article and it seems clear that the 8300 cannot so I am reluctant to shell out

I have only seen 4Gb on ebay as OEM so if it works or not could be due the the manufacturer. I'd wait for something from Sandisk which is a more reliable and stable make.

Yes but I am pretty sure that the C550/8300 OS has an upper limit to the size of memory card it can handle and I was wondering if there were any technical specs or someone I could ask to confirm exactly what the C600/8310 memory handling ability is? Hempo mentions in this thread that the 8310 can handle 4Gb but I only have his word for it!
