i unlocked my mda compact that way.

Hi

I'll let you know on Monday, assuming imei-check have verified my passport id by then.

Worked fine for me on M600s and M3100s but this will be the first Vario 2.

In a week or two, I will need to unlock some v1605s (although rumour has it these are not network locked).

I just did it, and it works. Although now I'm kicking myself, 'cos I'm not sure I ever tried a non-T-Mobile SIM in my Vario II before I unlocked it. It might have already been unlocked!
