Quick list on c550

Is there a 'silent' option on the quick list of a c550? Just wondering as that's one of the reasons I love my nokia so much!! I need to be able to turn it off quickly without it making a noise!

Yes, press the power on/off button, and a list comes up with all your profile options (loud, normal, vibrate, ring & vibrate, including ones you make up), also key & phone lock and headset & bspeakerphone options. :D
