Buried in an article on Wifi Mobiles in this weekend's Sunday Times was an interesting comment, which I thought tell us just how much the networks feel threatened by VOIP.

It says

Mobile-phone operators are understandably wary, though. Some companies, such as T-Mobile warn customers that they will have their internet access restricted if they find VoIP calls being made on their internet capable handsets

So it's undesrtandable why they don't like Wifi smartphones, and don't like the thought of finding Skyep for MS Smartphones.
