Guest mightyrobo Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 Hello all! I broke the screen of my smt5600 and I have no way of retrieving an important phone number that I dialed last night. Is there a way via a software app or through active sync or through the windows interface to download or tranfer or export the call history from my phone to my computer?

You need ActiveSync Remote Display. It lets you control your phone from your computer so you'll be able to use it even if the screen is broken.
