Couple of questions!

I'm sorry to ask so much but I've just got my orange c550 and I have lots of questions!!

- When I use the media player, i click library, then it only give the option of WMP info and if I click that I just get an allert saying I have a corrupt file entry. I can only play music by going through the my music folder one by one.

- Not enough space for any more music but computer and mobile both refusing to delete tracks that I already have.

- Do you have to buy any GPS software or is there some already on the phone?

-Is there ANY way of getting the old nokia 'beep beep' text message tone onto this phone?

- When I'm scrolling my contacts in phone book or to write a text message it does it by surname, i.e. I type in M for Mike but just get a massive list of people who I have stored as **** Mob. Is there any way of changing this to the first name?

- When in messages folder is there any way of seeing the folders (inbox, outbox etc) without having to go throught the menu? I'd rather see this screen first instead of just an empty one!

So sorry for all the questions but I can't find any helpful info on the net, thanks so much!

You have to buy GPS software and GPS Hardware. Lookon the tomtom website for tomtom mobile.

You can get the BEEP BEEP on the phone but you have to get it as a wav file and then put it in either \Storage\My Documents\My Sounds or \Storage Card\My Documents.

You just have to use the first name and not the surname if you want the First to be first for example First Name : Joe Bloggs.

You could right a script to make one or maybe ill do one later for you as that would be quite useful.

Hope this helps

Ok I made the script for you!

Its a little strange as the first time you run messaging its slow to open. So it has a four second delay on it even after you open it the second time.

What you have to do is put the script into your start menu.

Also make sure you have specified the script to open with the autosmartphone.exe.

One other question, I did find sound files that I wanted for my SMS tone and ringtone, I saved them as sound files but they only some up as options on ringtone and don't seem available as an SMS tone, what am I doing wrong?
