Qtek 8500 UK O2 wap/gprs and MMS settings

I need someone in the UK who has configuered their Qtek 8500 for use on a O2 contract sim to talk me through the settings as Im pulling me hair out here!

Please, anyone! Help!!!!!!

First delete all existing sialup, proxy and gprs connections.

Then try the GPRS WAP setup here

Hi, have tried these settings but it did not help.

All I have is sms and calls.

I need specific details for the 8500, if there is someone out there who has there's working could you please help me out!
