VOIP use with a WIFI smart phone

I am looking for a cell phone that I can connect to my VOIP accounts when I am in the presence of a WIFI or that I can use thru my internet connection from my cell provider.

Is there such a phone out there.

I was looking at the new i-Mate JasJam due to its other features but what about connecting to VOIP when at a wifi location?

Anyone doing this that can give me advice.

Skype produce a version of their VoIP software for PocketPCs/Smartphones. However, you need more than 400Mhz processor speed. So find a Windows smartphone with 400Mhz, a few megabytes of available memory and wifi and yes, you can do this.
