iPaq 6515 HELP!

I`ve just received one of theese from Spain. It looks perfekt, but there is one little problem... it`s in spanish :D :D :D

Can somebody tell me how to change the language? Is it possible to install some language pack, and where can i get it?

If i have to reinstall the OS, how to do that? I`ve download alot of "windows mobile 2003 se" from armadillo, but i can`t install it.
