software for picture cropping

hallo everybody!

I need a suggestion: I have downloaded resco picture, but it doesn't fit my needs.

the main lack I find is that when you crop a picture you can't decide where to crop it.

I mean that the square of the cropping area is in the center of the original picture and there's no way to move it.

so, if for example, I want to crop an angle of the picture, I can't make it because the "cropping" square cannot be place in that area.

any suggestion for other software to modify pictures on smartphone?

the built-in pictures and videos program lets you do that. just in to edit. its about all that program is good for
