Connect and check Emails

Is there some software that allows for more customisation of when my PPC WM05 device connects and checks for e-mails?

I currently have it set up to connect every 30mins, but I ideally would like to check every 15mins between the hours of 7am and 10pm Mon-Fri and never connect at any other time.

Any ideas?
