Ordering contacts

Using the default contacts program that comes WM5.

Is there any way to change the "File as" order on the PPC from "Surname, Forename" to "Forename, Surname" without having to sync with the desktop pc and change it in Outlook on the desktop.

My God I would be lost with you folks helping me out all the time.

As far as I know you can only change the view by using Outlook on the PC.
