Japanese language support on Treo 700w?

I am thinking about buying the Treo 700 Windows Mobile version. Does anyone know if I will be able to display and input Japanese language? I was hoping that I could download Japanese language support and input method editor as with Windows but I am not sure.

I have not heard of an application to enable you to enter Japanese, normally language support is normally a specification of the Network or reseller of the device.
