I havent got the mxipcold_oem10.provxml and mxip_oem10.provxml files.. the nearest I get is mxip_initdb.vol

This has been covered many times. But again for luck:

On your PC in a directory window go tools-folder options and in the options make sure view system and hidden files is switched on.

Go to windows on your smartphone and look for the *.provxml files

Follow the instructions posted on this board in a global message.
