Guest Sultan17 Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 Hello! Since about 2 months from now, my Qtek 8310 started to reset the time & date every time I change the SIM-card and I have to set it manually. Before there was no such problem. Does anyone know a solution for this?

I thaught it was a downside of these phones. Can anyone confirm that this is normal or do i have a bad unit and i should get it repaired under warranty? Edited September 25, 2006 by Guest

Guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I just wanted to make sure that it is supposed to remember the date/time. I'll try my luck with the warranty.
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Batteries are normally considered comsumables so it may be unlikely you will get a warranty replacement. This issue happens with a lot of devices.
