Help Install WM5

Hello sirs,

Please help with quides or advices.

I have a SPV C600 from Romania.

With WM 5.0 OS 5.1.70 (Build 14406.1.1.1)

My Joystick started to not work properly and now it almost is not responding at all to my movements.

I am 90% sure that its not related to the hardware, because I started having problems with it after I istalled 3rd party programs.

I did already a soft reset - didn't helped.

I know that I can do a hard reset (did it before) - BUT i would rather istall another version of WM 5.0 the english version on and the latest one. By doing so I hope to get rid of all my problems.

If there is a post that explains all this or is related to a similar problem please post a link.

I would definately try a hard reset first to make sure the problem is not hardware related.
