Long vibrate after resetting

Does anyone else get this? basically once you soft reset the phone with the pen it vibrates for 5 seconds 4-5 times in a row. I've got all sounds off (not vibrate) and there are no texts, emails etc.. unread. So I can't understand this behaviour. I've even done a hard reset/restore (Spb backup) and still no luck.

Its really irritating, especially with the frequency the phone needs to be reset.
