Setting up MMS and Internet Access

Hi,

I have a Vario 2 and a friend showed me the whole removing the T-Mobile settings whilst the handset is booting up. That's great and all except I've lost all my T-Mobile settings for W N W and MMS. Does anyone know what the settings are and how to set them up?
