Issue sending files over bluetooth w/ Cingular 2125

I am having the hardest time sending files from my 2125 to another phone. How exactly do I initialize the transfer from the 2125? The devices are connected, set to discoverable, etc. The phones will connect just fine, but once I try to send a file to the 2125 it immediately fails. I also can't seem to send a file from the 2125. Someone said to beam the file, although I thought that was just for IR. Anyways, I tried that and it keeps failing! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
