Guest Laser_iCE Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 (edited) kk, so it turns out that someone I know (and who may possibly read this) has been using my phone behind my back ... I decided to put the lock back on the phone. What I didn't realise (and perhaps some of you didn't realise it too) is that you can actually use the letters that would normally correspond on a phone keypad. Note: This applies to the simple 4 pin password eg; We'll use the word FAST. On a normal keypad, this would equal 3 2 7 7. So, when you set the password to 3 2 7 7, you can either press the numbers in that order, or, on your keyboard, you can type F A S T, or E A S T, or D A S P, etc. etc. I haven't bothered trying anything else or messing around with it, but I'm sure you'll find something else  Enjoy!! EDIT: Obviously, I should have pointed out I own a Wizard (K-JAM) and I would assume that this would also work on the Hermes. Edited September 23, 2006 by Laser_iCE
Guest Laser_iCE Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I was going to make another topic, but it's nothing major... But if you press the Windows key twice, it'll act as a "minimize all" shortcut. I keep finding these things, 6 months after having the phone. Enjoy!
