What can cause unexpected shutdown?

Hello,

Lately I my Qtek S200 is acting rater erratically. Completely randomly, I find it shut down. Even the power button won't help. Only removing the battery for a few seconds and restarting solves the problem.

Any idea what can cause that? An application maybe? How can I track that at least?
