QuickMark on a M3100

I have an Orange SPV M3100 I have installed the cab QuickMark_Hermes.UPX.CAB after reading the postings. When I run the QuickMark program all is well accept I press enter to decode the M3100 pauses for a few seconds as if it is decoding and nothing happens and returns to the main QuickMark screen.

Can anyone help?

Just loaded the software on my phone - it works very well and I have not had any issue's like you have had - I too have a M3100 - the screen does go black for a few seconds then it goes back to normal and there is a pop up box with the info of the decoded info.

give your unit a reboot and try again is all I can think of at the mo
