Guest stilgar Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I got a Orange SPV C500 and i'm from romania, and i tried to get the latest ROM upgrade on my phone but it initializes the installer and then it says "Invalid vendor ID". I saw a post similar to this one but it was for PDA-phones not Smartphones so if you could give me a solution i'd be very pleased and hope someone knows how to deal with this problem. Thanks in advance! Stil

Stil you need to copy Cert.cab to your phone and then run it from your phone. Then try running the program again  Phil [EDIT:Don't extract Cert.cab..... just copy it to the phone as it is] Edited September 26, 2006 by The Doctor
