I have a problem on my M3100 with notifications appearing 1 hour after the event... Not much use

Anyone else seen this problem? It's a little bit annoying!

P.S. I've run memMaid to see if there are any duplicate entries and nothing.

Regional settings are still set to English (UK) but I shouldn't have to change these I think?

Weird thing... I have a recurring appointment for 8.30am every weekday. Yesterday it was an hour late, today it was spot on. The only thing I did between was a sync with my laptop.

Think this will probably go down as an unsolved mystery....

I've had a similar problem. I set my phone to London GMT but as soon as I sync with my laptop the laptop seems to change the settings to GMT+1 Prague but maintain the correct time.

Like yourself, my alarm for work got me up an hour late on Monday but worked fine on tuesday.

If your desktop settings are set to auto-sync the time with your PPC, it would be reasonable to assume that the desktop has also auto-compensated for BST (GMT +0100) I think? If the same phenomenon is not currently operating in the country you are in, there will likely be a one hour discrepancy?

Could be wrong. I suggest syncing with a 'local' desktop before assuming anything (syncing local time to PPC)

OK, I've worked out what's happenings, looks like a bug to me. I installed SPB Time a couple of weeks ago and it helped me work out what the issue is and how to workaround it.

To sum it up, it looks like the problem occurs when I turn the phone completely off - when it comes back on it's 1 hour out (and all the clocks on SPB Time are wrong by 1 hour). To fix this I can either:

a) sync with my laptop - this corrects the time

B) change my visiting time zone to Brisbane, hit OK, then go back in and change it back to Sydney.

Strange though because nothing 'visible' changes on the phone or desktop (except for the SPB clocks).
