The first is to use a theme maker program to make your own theme so you can control every aspect of the theme. If you go that route, it will cost $20. Here is a link. http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=8390 What I would recommend is that you find a pre-made theme that has the darker letters that you want as well as a menu bar on the top that you can live with. Install it. Then go back into the screen where you pick the photo you want to use for wallpaper and browse for the photo and select it. This will change the wallpaper, but leave the font color from the theme you were using before. The only weird bug is that when you hit start, the background of the start menu is from the theme you picked, not the photo you are using for your wallpaper. If there is another way, I am not aware of it.
