Help! my smart phone can not boot

my phone hangs when i turn it on can some one help me??

best way out of it is a hard reset if you can't get it to boot at all.

you can look up how to hard reset your device in the relevant device specific forum :rolleyes:

What you need to do is a hard reset this will wipe the phone and return it back to it's factory settings so you will need to reinstall your applications and contacts again.

...i'd followed the instructions but it doesnt work im stuck with the three colored canary hehehe..now my fone does not even turn on...oh yeah i almost forgot my i got a -1 mesages in my inbox

1. Turn off the phone -done this

2. Hold the record button down while turning on the SPV. -done this

3. When the phone powers up release the record button and press and hold the Action button (joystick middle button) for 2 seconds when instructed to do so. - ??? never showed and stuck withe step number 2

4. Press 8 to select 'Erase IPSM data'.

5. When it has finished doing this (it takes a while), it will say PASSED. Press the left direction pad twice and choose 3 to close the diagostics.

6. On the three colour 'Canary PV' screen, hold the power button down. This will re-start the phone with the Orange Sunset screen.

Make sure you have a storage card in the phone as it slows the whole process down.

It's a matter of practice to get the timing right when doing the hard reset.

Having a -1 in the inbox is an old problem we call a phantom SMS it's nothing to worry about as the hard reset will also fix that.

As for not turning on anymore, may be worth trying to charge the battery :rolleyes:
