SPV C600 - Sound Problems

My wife has a SPV C600 and just recently she has been having big problems with sound from the internal speaker. The speaker that deals with ringtones seems to work fine. When she makes or receives a call she cannot here dialling or voice at all and the other caller cannot hear her. She can hear and be heard using the wired handsfree. She dropped the phone a couple of weeks ago and it has a bit of a dent but has worked okay since.

Any ideas as to what might be the problem and whether it is fixable? (either DIY or professionally) Any help appreciated!

Could be that the phone is stuck in headset profile after she dropped it....

you can check which profile is active by pressing the power button quickly once.

Thanks for that - I'll check out the profiles - pretty sure it's just set on Normal though :rolleyes:

Checked profile and the system volume was set at 1 in the Normal Profile - up the voulme and it seems to have worked. Just thought I would post for other's benefit.
