BUT i get my phone and its got a damn awful mark/chip on the screen! this is a little annoying. :( So I rang O CS today at first opportunity and was told I have 2 options; [*]Pay over

Surely they are having a laugh and I should be able to just get it changed over straight away as a customer that should have a fully working upgrade already... I can't see how they can do anything other than replace it straight away (assuming they have them in stock). Richard
