Samsung i320 vs Blackberry

Bit of a heavy one here as these issues relate to how a smartphone is used in a corporate environment on a day to day basis. Oh well here goes:

I have bought a few Samsung i320's and have issued them to Blackberry users as part of a trial. All fine and dandy except they are picking up a few features that are missing from the functionality of Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone edition that I must admit never even occurred to me:

1. ActiveSync - Cannot create and send appointments to other users

2. ActiveSync - Email sorting options does not allow you to sort the sent items by recipient

3. Cannot set an out of office message remotely

4. Cannot search your inbox and have to rely on scrolling

They have all obviouisly grumbled at the battery life and a few of them at the size of the keys. However they all prefer the fact it is so small and easy to carry around at weekends. The Blackberries tended to get left at home and a seperate mobile was used.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any ideas on these missing features or knows if there is any third party software that can help.

Thanks
