Sound is late when playing video!?

HI all, I own a new qtek 8310 now and bought a 1gig cart to it....finally i could carry all my funny videos with me - i thought....but when i start viewing them :rolleyes: it's awful....it seems like video and sound go separantly on ALL of them! please, help, let me know how can i fix thix problem??????
