Problem with Cing 2125 & Clearview software

I replaced my Cingular 2125 with a new one (under warranty).

I now cannot open Word or Excel attachments in my email Inbox

using Clearview software. I get an "unrecognized file type" message.

If the attachment is saved on the sim card, it recognizes it and opens it,

so it seems like the software is okay. But when an attachment is

downloaded in my inbox, it downloads as an unrecognizable file

(not a word or excel file). Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Try reinstalling clearvue from the cd as it should re-associate the file types.

Thanks...we tried that but unfortunately it did not

correct the problem.
