PocketPC pushmail client with scheduler/pop

Greetings,

I'm back to using a cingular 8125, almost picked up the nokiae62, but decided to go with what I've used.

Nonetheless, the cingular push mail client is absymal in both construction and application.

I'm looking for a program, preferably free, to retrieve my pop mail from work on a scheduled basis. I can do this with the messaging service on the phone, but it's every 15 minutes (by default)..ALL THE TIME.

I'd like something that can check more often and can be set to stop checking after work and on weekends. I get a large volume of work e-mail and don't want it constantly invading my life. I need something that will automatically stop.

Any suggestions?
