I tried to Erase all data by pressing reset +Power buttom But it freeze

if i choose No it doesn't appear ( Erase Registry Messege )

Your device needs to be running normally to sync it.

If yo uhave tried a soft reset, and it's still not working, it sounds like you will have to perform a hard reset, and lose the data that was on it.
